The youth group Kalayaan Atin Ito plans to conduct another voyage to Spratlys Island this coming summer. At 7:00 am today, the center of Typhoon “NONA” was located based on all available data at 70km West of Nasugbu / 150 Northwest of Calapan (14.1°N, 120.0°E).
