(Eagle News)–An Intertropical Convergence Zone is affecting Mindanao and Eastern Visayas today, June 9. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said as a result,  Visayas and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.
