(Eagle News)–The southwest monsoon is affecting the western section of Luzon and Visayas on Wednesday afternoon. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Western Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, and the provinces of Negros Oriental, Benguet and Pangasinan will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms as a result.
