(Eagle News)–The tropical cyclone wind signal hoisted over Northern Abra has been lifted, with Severe Tropical Storm “Ineng” now off the southern coast of Pingtung county in Taiwan. “Ineng” accelerates further as it approaches Batanes

(Eagle News)–Severe Tropical Storm “Ineng accelerated further on Saturday, Aug. 24, and is now approaching Batanes, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
