(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte’s administration has adopted the recommendation to revoke the memorandum of agreement that extended the water concession period “prematurely” up to 2037. QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) – The government will tighten the rules on auditing and reporting affecting the two water concessionaires in Metro Manila. Accordinhg to the Metropolitan Waterwork and Sewerage System, the audit will now be conducted yearly compared to every five years.
