COMELEC approves use of shopping malls as voting centers

The Commission on Election (COMELEC) En Banc approved the planned use of shopping malls as voting centers in the coming elections. Said plan was approved in the regular session of the COMELEC, with six commissioners approving and one commissioner voting against. The draft of the memorandum of agreement is now being reviewed by the commissioners and the COMELEC Law Department. Several malls qualify as voting centers
