MANILA, Philippines – The Commission on Elections sets the final testing and sealing of the vote counting machine on May 2 – May 9. According to the COMELEC resolution, the members of the Board of Election Inspectors should gather in their respective polling places during said dates for the said testing and sealing of the vote counting machines.
