(Eagle News)–Batangas, Cavite, Laguna and Quezon will have cloudy skies with isolated rains and thunderstorms due to Taal’s volcanic activity. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration  said  reduced visibility and mudflow during ashfall and light to moderate rains are possible. The weather bureau is also monitoring  a low pressure area 670 kilometers east northeast of Guiuan, Eastern Samar.
