MANILA, May 29 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), particularly the Philippine Embassy in Abuja warns the public, overseas Filipinos workers (OFWs) in Nigeria, and kababayans of a reported scam in Accra, Ghana which operates through telephone lines or social networking sites in the Philippines to steal money from unsuspecting individuals.
