MANILA, Philippines, August 13 (Eagle News) — Manila City Mayor Joseph “Erap” Estrada and Vice Mayor Francisco “Isko” Moreno faced graft charges at the Office of the Ombudsman after demolishing the Quinta Market. Said complaint was filed by the Quinta vendors, alleging that said officials abused their powers when they forcibly demolished the market.
