JULY 6 (Eagle News) — Two consecutive earthquakes shook parts of Ilocos Norte on Sunday (July 5) night. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS), a 5.0 magnitude earthquake was recorded and struck the town of Batac at 8:56 PM with a depth of 40 kilometers.
