(Eagle News)–Signal No. 1 has been hoisted over Batanes as Tropical Storm “Liwayway” slightly accelerated. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said “Liwayway,” which is located 320 kilometers east northeast of Casiguran, Aurora, is likely to intensify into a severe tropical storm in the next 48 hours.
