(Eagle News) — The low pressure area spotted southeast of Puerto Princesa, Palawan has developed into a tropical depression, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration said on Friday. As of 10 a.m., PAGASA said the eye of TD Tino was located 245 km east southeast of Puerto Princesa.
