MMDA plans to extend “no window hours”

QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority plans to extend the “no window hour” policy of the number-coding scheme up to June 2017. According to MMDA Director Tim Orbos, the policy was successful in lessening the traffic problem in Metro Manila since it was implemented. Road 10 now opens for traffic

QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Department of Public Works and Highways re-opened Road 10 in Tondo, Manila after completion of Road 10 widening project. From just two lanes for northbound and southbound vehicles, there are now four to five lanes for southbound vehicles and six lanes for northbound vehicles.
