President Duterte gives Secretary Puyat blanket authority to probe irregularities at DoT

(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte has given blanket authority to new Tourism Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat for her to investigate alleged anomalies and other perceived irregularities inside the Department of Tourism.
