(Eagle News) — The National Telecommunications Commission’s selection committee has junked the appeal filed by  Sear Telecomunications Consortium for the panel to declare Mislatel Consortium — declared the country’s third provisional telco player—guilty of misrepresentation of facts and for concealing material evidence.
