(Eagle News) — The Supreme Court on Tuesday denied Janet Lim Napoles’ petition questioning a Sandiganbayan decision that denied her petition for bail. According to SC spokesperson Theodore Te, the Sandiganbayan did not “gravely abuse discretion” when it issued its Oct. 16 decision.
