PNP and AFP, in full alert after Jakarta attacks

After the series of attacks in Jakarta, Indonesia, the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) are in full and heightened alert in preparation for any untoward incident. Both organizations added, however, that there are no currently monitored terrorist threats against the Philippines. PNP guarantees no terrorist threats against the Philippines

According to the Philippine National Police, there is no terrorist threat against the Philippines, adding that although the PNP receives a lot of information regarding the entrance of terrorists in the Philippines but the PNP’s validation is yet to confirm a serious threat.
