Duterte: PHL to have its third telco player by December
(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte on Tuesday, Sept. 11, said the country would have its third telecommunications player by December. In his nationally televised tête-à-tête with Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo, Duterte said that in choosing the same, he would not follow the lowest bidder rule. “I will select (yung may) pinakamagandang record.
