MILWAUKEE, United States (Reuters) – During a visit to a Milwaukee, Wisconsin technical college on Tuesday (June 13), United States President Donald Trump hinted at a new program called ‘Earn While You Learn’. He did not offer further details about the program. Trump was visiting Waukesha County Technical College where he heard from students and praised the school for providing students with technical skills to launch gainful careers.
