TESDA launches barangay-based scholarship program
QUEZON City, Philippines – The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) will give free training to the thousands of drug dependents who surrendered to the authorities through its barangay-based training program. TESDA already coordinated with the barangay officials as directed by President Rodrigo Duterte to give rehabilitation and special training to drug dependents.
