LPA near Catanduanes to develop into TD Hanna in next 24 to 36 hours — PAGASA

(Eagle News)–The low pressure area near Catanduanes is expected to develop into a tropical depression, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
