(Eagle News) — A picture of President Rodrigo Duterte is apparently being used to promote the anti-drug campaign of a politician in Taiwan. The mobile billboard in Hualien was captured in a photograph and uploaded by Facebook user Nieviv Sucuaje in her account. Duterte rose to the presidency on an anti-drugs, anti-criminality and anti-corruption platform.
