QUEZON City, Philippines, May 6 (Eagle News) — According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the severe tropical storm with the international name “Noul” continues to gather strength as it nears the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR).
