  (Eagle News)–Authorities have nabbed four suspects, including a Swedish national, in the blast in Isulan, Sultan Kudarat that hurt at least seven people early this month. (Eagle News) — The Palace on Thursday, April 4, condemned the blast in Sultan Kudarat that hurt at least 18 people, including children.
