(Eagle News) — Epektibo na ang 20 percent discount ng mga estudyante sa pamasahe tuwing weekend at holiday simula October 28. Ayon sa Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) kabilang dito ang summer breaks, legal at special holidays. Ang discount ay magagamit sa bus, jeep, taxi at iba pang pampublikong sasakyan. Gayunman, hindi nito saklaw ang post-graduate students o mga kumukuha ng medicine, law, masters at doctorate degrees.

LTFRB considers memorandum circular on student fare discount

MANILA, Philippines – According to the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board, the memorandum-circular regarding the student fare discount is now under study with said fare discount being just the effect of a memorandum-circular and not due to law like the senior citizen and person with disability discount.
