The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said that the Philippines have already met the criteria for the official declaration of strong El Niño affecting the country. QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has identified provinces that were affected by dry spell. PAGASA said that provinces of Aurora, Quezon, Camarines Norte and Bohol will likely experience the ongoing El Niño that is now present in the tropical Pacific Ocean.
