(Eagle News)–Senator Cynthia Villar remains the richest lawmaker in the Upper House, based on her recently filed Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth. Villar’s  P3,534, 412,797 trumps the  P3,005, 808,000 of legendary boxer Senator Manny Pacquiao, who came in second place. (Eagle News)– The Office of the Ombudsman released on Friday what it said was President Rodrigo Duterte’s Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth. Based on the statement, Duterte’s net worth was pegged at P27,428,862.44 as of December 31, 2016. The president’s basic monthly salary increased from P165,752 to P222,278 starting January 2017.
