(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte did not vote in the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections on Monday, May 14. He was supposed to vote at the Daniel Aguinaldo National High School in Barangay Matina, Davao, where he cast his ballot in the 2016 elections.
