Justice Sereno gives keynote speech at the 6th ASEAN Leaderspeak

Chief Justice Ma. Lourdes Sereno gave a keynote address in the 6th ASEAN Leaderspeak entitled “Leadership in the Judiciary in the Context of the ASEAN Integration”. The Honorable Chief Justice gave a deeper understanding of how the judiciary systems of the different member states of the ASEAN can complement each other in order to set a platform for the continuing economic growth and development within the four pillars of the legal framework.
