QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — Senator Panfilo Lacson confirmed that the Senate Committee on Public Order would conduct their hearing inside Camp Crame in Quezon City to hear the testimony of alleged Eastern Visayas drug lord Kerwin Espinosa.
