(Eagle News) — The suspect in the murder of a woman and her seven-year-old child daughter surrendered to authorities on Thursday. Ruel Cabatingan surrendered to the Eastern Visayas provincial  office around 8 a.m. Cabatingan is a suspect in the killing of Ruby Gamos, 37, and her child, Shaniah Nicole, whose bodies were found inside their private subdivision in Barangay Navarro on December 11.
