QUEZON CITY, Oct. 1 (PIA)–The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) is set to open dedicated lanes on the two major thoroughfares in Metro Manila for the exclusive use of delegates who will attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (Apec) summit in November.
