(Eagle News)–The Palace on Tuesday, Sept. 24, welcomed the resignation of the superintendent of the Philippine Military Academy following the death of a cadet allegedly due to hazing. In a statement, Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo said the resignation of Lt. Gen.
