Eagle News — The 18 policemen who were tagged in the killing of former Albuera, Leyte mayor Rolando Espinosa Sr., have all been released on bail. The policemen led by Supt. (Eagle News)– Jesus Tulin, Jr., an alleged bodyguard of suspected drug lord Kerwin Espinosa, surrendered his firearm to the Albuera Police Station on Monday. Tulin, a.k.a. Loloy, brought his .45 Colt pistol to the police station. Tulin declined to face and issue statements to the media.
