Several ballots lost before random manual audit

QUEZON City, Philippines – Several ballots included in the random manual audit were discovered missing but the Commission on Elections assured the public, saying that the missing ballots don’t have an effect on the election results since they were already transmitted prior to their gathering for the random manual audit.
