Palace declares June 26 a regular holiday

QUEZON CITY, Philippines (Eagle News) — Another long weekend is coming up. Malacanang on Friday declared June 26, Monday, as a regular holiday in the country. Proclamation No. 235, signed by President Rodrigo Duterte, said that the declaration was made in observance of Eid’l Fitr, an important Muslim holiday.
