CLEVELAND, United States (AFP) — Police arrested 17 people Wednesday outside the Republican National Convention in Cleveland after protesters tried to burn American flags. Two officers were assaulted and suffered “minor bumps and bruises,” Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams said.
