(Eagle News) — The Senate blue ribbon committee on Monday announced the restoration of protective custody over fixer Mark Taguba. It was Senator Richard Gordon himself  who approved the restoration, following a motion by Senator Panfilo Lacson, who earlier criticized the Senate blue ribbon committee chair for removing protective custody over Taguba without the consent of the members of the committee.
