(Eagle News) — The Manila Regional Trial Court has found probable cause for the drug charges filed by the Department of Justice against alleged drug distributor Kerwin Espinosa. The Manila RTC Branch 51 said there was also probable cause for the same charges against Peter Co, Lovely Impal, Marcelo Adorco and Ruel Malindangan.
