DOJ: 87 PDLs who surrendered within Duterte deadline up for release

(Eagle News)–The Department of Justice  may soon release 87 prisoners deprived of liberty. Justice spokesperson and undersecretary Markk Perete said this was after the  DOJ and Bureau of Corrections joint task force verified on Friday night the release of 35 PDLs who surrendered within the deadline set by President Rodrigo Duterte.
