COMELEC to remove 96% of presidential candidates

The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) will conduct examination of the 130 candidates for presidency in the 2016 elections with 125 of the candidates to be subjected to a series of hearings to find out if they have the capability to run for presidency. If a candidate fails to pass said hearing, they will be declared nuisance candidates.
