President Duterte appoints new Comelec commissioner

(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed a new commissioner of the Commission on Elections. Comelec-Davao deputy director Marlon Sabucido Casquejo was appointed to the post based on an appointment letter dated June 18. The letter was signed by the President.
