MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) — Maaaring umasa ang mga customer ng Manila Electric Company (Meralco) ng mababang singil sa kuryente sa Enero ng susunod na taon. Pero ayon kay Meralco Spokesperson Joe Zaldarriaga, bagamat madalas ang pagbaba ng singil tuwing Enero ang pagbabatayan pa rin ay ang final computation mula sa generators at transmission operators.
