Nationwide population count begins

PSA starts Population Census 2015

QUEZON City, Philippines, Aug 3 (Eagle News) — The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) will send 90,000 personnel to 42,000 barangays all over the Philippines to gather census data for the 2015 Population Census. Said activity is important because the collected data will be used for the formulation of future government plans as well as the national budget.
