Over 300 stranded in various ports due to Northeast Monsoon

Rough sea condition caused by a Northeast Monsoon has stranded a total of 352 passengers in various ports nationwide, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said Wednesday morning. Those stranded include 28 rolling cargoes; 40 vessels and 34 motorbancas.
