As of 11:00 am today, Typhoon Nona is about to make landfall over Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro. Weather state bureau, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), said that ‘Nona’ was located in the vicinity of Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro today, carrying a maximum sustained winds of 140kph near the center and gustiness of up to 170kph.
