(Eagle News) — President Bongbong Marcos has appointed former Piddig, Ilocos Norte mayor Eduardo Guillen as the acting chief of the National Irrigation Administration. Guillen replaced Benny Antiporda, who was placed under 6-month preventive suspension by the Office of the Ombudsman.
