PHL, Russian companies sign $12.57 million in business deals

(Eagle News)–Philippine and Russian companies have signed $12.57 million in deals during President Rodrigo Duterte’s second trip there.   (Eagle News) — The Philippine Embassy in Moscow is urging Filipinos in Russia to take extra precautions following reports of bomb threats in some areas there.
