TURKISH President Tayyip Erdogan and Peruvian President Ollanta Humala signed bilateral accords on Tuesday (February 2) to increase bilateral economic and social cooperation. Peruvian President and Russian Prime Minister arrive in Manila for APEC

Leaders of Peru and Russia arrived in Manila on Wednesday morning (November 18), the first day of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders’ Meeting. Peruvian President Ollanta Humala’s plane touched down in Manila’s international airport before dawn. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev arrived a few hours later.
